Born on December 31, 1955, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Julie was the cherished daughter of George Ronald "Ron" Austing and Gertrude Louise "Louise" Austing. From an early age, she learned the values of love, family, and compassion, which she carried with grace throughout her life. Surrounded by her siblings-Theresa, Gigi, David, Michael, and Ronda-Julie crafted warm memories that would last a lifetime. They grew together, sharing childhood adventures that forged unbreakable bonds.
Julie devoted herself wholeheartedly to motherhood, becoming a steadfast pillar of strength for her sons, Tony, Stan, and Steve, and her daughters, Karri and Brandy
