She passed away peacefully on March 16, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on May 6, 1943, in Wilmington, Delaware, she embodied a strong spirit of generosity, always serving others.
Alice's professional journey was marked by her dedication to customer service management, where she excelled in leading teams and improving systems. Despite not holding a high school diploma, her hard work and determination led her to success and inspired those around her. She attained her GED late in life. Her greatest pride, however, was her family: her beloved children, Dale (Michele) Roberts (d. 2022), Joe Roberts, Denise Anderson, and Burton (Dawn) Roberts, and her unwavering partnership with her late husband, Burton Roberts (d. 2021).
